Burners are divided into three types according to their operating modes: single stage burner, two (double) stage burner, and proportional adjustment burner.

1、 Single stage burner

A single stage burner refers to the size of the ignition, and the size of the firepower flame does not change. There are only two states: start and stop. Single stage burner is applied in heating industries where temperature or pressure control requirements are not high and temperature or pressure errors are allowed to be relatively large. Burners with a general power below 600KW (500000 kcal) are mostly single stage combustion burners.

2、 Dual stage burner

The working mode of the dual stage burner is low fire high fire, starting with low fire and stabilizing with low fire before starting with high fire. The burner has two operating points, which can work on one fire (low fire) or two fires (high fire). There are three states: high fire, low fire, and stop. The low fire is used for insulation, and the high fire is used for heating. Double stage fire is applied in heating industries with high temperature or pressure control requirements and allowable temperature errors of 10 ° -20 °. Burners with a power greater than 600KW (500000 kcal) are mostly dual stage burners.

3、 Proportional adjustment burner

Proportional adjustment burners also start with a low flame and then operate according to the required ratio. This type of burner has infinite working points, and the firepower and flame size can be switched at any point within the power range, which is equivalent to having countless gears. The proportional adjustment burner has extremely precise and almost stable temperature and pressure control. For example, if the temperature is set to 100 ° C, the proportional adjustment burner will always be in the range of 100 ° C plus or minus 1 ° (99 ° or 101 °) to adjust the burner's firepower.

Proportional control burners are divided into two types: mechanical proportional control and electronic proportional control. The mechanical proportional adjustment burner controls fuel and air flow through a servo motor driven mechanical linkage; The electronic proportional control burner has two servo motors, each with independent servo motors to control the flow of fuel and air.

The current national requirement for low nitrogen 30mg burners is to use electronic proportional adjustment burners.
