The Bayonet Ultra high-efficiency heat exchanger is suitable for exhaust branch pipes of individual U-shaped, O-shaped, W-shaped, or triple shaped radiation tubes. They are often used in conjunction with tube ignition burners and exhaust gases with a temperature of 2100 ℉, saving 30% fuel.
Traditional heat exchangers only have one heat transfer tube. The multiple pipelines of each Bayonet Ultra greatly increase the heat conduction area, thereby significantly reducing the amount of fuel required to maintain the required heat. In addition, the wind cooled casing cools the working area.
