Combustion engines, also known as burners, can be divided into fuel combustion engines and gas combustion engines based on fuel; According to the target audience, it is divided into kiln combustion machines and boiler combustion machines; According to the application field, it can be divided into industrial combustion engines, civilian burners, and special combustion engines. Among them, fuel combustion engines are divided into light oil (such as diesel) and heavy oil combustion engines (such as waste engine oil), while gas combustion engines are divided into natural gas combustion engines, liquefied gas combustion engines, urban gas combustion engines, biogas combustion engines, etc. What we usually refer to as a combustion engine is a boiler combustion engine.
The main types of fuels used in combustion engines are:
Fuel: light oil (only including diesel and kerosene), heavy oil, residual oil, etc.
Solid fuels: biomass particles, sawdust, sawdust, wood powder, etc.
Gas: natural gas, artificial gas, liquefied petroleum gas, gas (coalbed methane), biogas, methanol, etc.
According to the combustion control method of the combustion engine:
Single stage combustion engine, two-stage combustion engine, and proportional control combustion engine.
According to the fuel atomization method, it can be divided into:
Mechanical atomization combustion engines and medium atomization combustion engines are divided into integral combustion engines and split combustion engines according to their structures.
Split type combustion engines are mainly used in industrial production. Its main feature is the decomposition and installation of combustion systems, air supply systems, control systems, etc. It is mainly suitable for large equipment or special working environments such as high temperatures.
Relatively speaking, commercial combustion engines have relatively low market sales prices due to mass production, and the demand for specialization in the market supply chain is low. On the other hand, split type combustion engines have relatively high demand for specialization and require a professional installation team the most. Compared to the same period last year, the market sales prices are relatively low. It is much higher.
Precautions for Gas Turbine Debugging and Maintenance
When the secondary ignition program of the combustion engine fails continuously, it should be stopped and checked to ensure that the gas supply system of the combustion engine is normal and the circuit connections are correct. Only after the fault is resolved can the combustion engine be restarted.
2. It is strictly prohibited to strike or rub the gas supply pipeline with a wrench or metal rod to avoid static electricity or sparks, which may cause gas explosions.
Smoking, welding, cutting, and other illegal operations are strictly prohibited at the gas supply valve group or pipeline flange surface.
4. It is strictly prohibited to conduct any open flame tests near pipelines, valve groups, and pressure regulating valves to avoid major accidents.
5. To test whether there is fuel in the gas supply pipeline, a low-pressure gas gauge is usually used for testing.
6. In the gas supply pipeline, although it has been emptied, there are residual gases or liquid droplets on the pipe wall. If it encounters static sparks and open flames, it can also cause combustion and explosion.
When the gas supply pipeline is ventilated and the valve group has a malfunction, it needs to be disassembled. First, the main valve at the front end of the valve group must be cut off, and then the gas in the pipeline from the main valve to the valve group must be vented before disassembling and repairing the valve group.
During debugging work, gas must be done carefully, safely, and efficiently.
9. It is prohibited to use non explosion-proof electrical power tools on site.
10. Before using the leak detection device, the valve group must be checked for cover.
It is recommended to use a leak detection device for combustion engines with a capacity of 116000 kcal or above. If the user does not equip it, the customer will be responsible for any accidents caused by it
