There are many reasons for the flameout of a combustion engine after ignition: unstable gas source causes flame fluctuations and extinguishes the fire. When the flame detector malfunctions and operates, the flame detection probe is grounded or cannot detect a normal flame when it is too dirty, resulting in flameout; Circuit failure, unstable power supply or phase loss, causing stalling during the process, etc.
If the accessories are not damaged, the reason is:
1. A common issue is the flame signal, which is not detected or weak, or the signal transmission is faulty. This fault usually catches fire for no more than 10 seconds;
2. The internal pressure problem is that the current power of the combustion engine does not match the pressure formed by the combustion gas in the combustion chamber or flue of the equipment.
3. Fuel supply failure refers to a blockage in the fuel pipeline, valve opening failure, or insufficient pressure that prevents fuel supply after ignition.
If the ignition is unsuccessful, a flame is not formed, or the flame detector does not sense the brightness of the flame, after approximately 10 seconds, the safety alarm system will activate, the starting program of the combustion engine will be disconnected, and the fault red light will light up.
At the beginning of the combustion engine's operation, if the flame detector has sensed brightness, the safety system will operate and the manager will no longer enter the normal program. At this time, the solenoid valve will not open and the nozzle will not spray oil. After about 10 minutes, the fault red light will light up.
Therefore, when starting the combustion engine in a bright place, it is necessary to first cover the flame detector to prevent it from seeing light. After the combustion engine sprays out flames, immediately release the flame detector, otherwise the combustion engine cannot work properly. Restart the combustion engine after the red light on for 3 minutes.
